100% Whole Wheat Piadina
Our flatbread is artisan made, authentic, tested and approved recipes from a piadina producer of San Marino. The Whole Wheat is made with cholesterol free vegetable shortening, baking powder, salt, water, and 100% whole wheat flour. They are great for making panini's.
Our flatbread has no preservatives, additives, sugar, yeast, animal fat, dairy products, cholesterol or trans fats. Since there are no preservatives we recommend freezing it to preserve freshness. It may be kept frozen for at least four months.
The flatbread is precooked frozen. Preparing our flat bread is simple. Place it on a hot, ungreased griddle for 30 seconds on each side and serve.
The flatbread is made to order and can take up to 7 days to ship.
There are 5 flatbreads per package and 15 packages per case. Minimum order of 1 case.
