La Serenissima is an ancient cake factory in the Republic of San Marino. Since 1942 the same recipe has been used. Every product is made completely by hand with special pastry making techniques. The formula is simple. The rarest varieties of cacao hazelnuts, almonds and coffee are used to bring out the fragrance and unique flavor. All our products are made from all natural ingredients, and preservative free. .
Our Piadina is a regional flat bread from Emilia Romagna, with roots dating back to Roman Times. Like the original, ours is hand made using original recipes and only the finest natural ingredients.
Our flat bread can be served as an open face, bread basket selection, or can make great Panini's.
